  • Bianca K.

    Dialysis Technician

This class is different from other classes that I have taken. The professor makes the course fun, and always has his students laughing. At the same time, he makes sure that we understand all of the course material. This class is informative, and it is interactive. So far, this has been a great experience—I would definitely come back and take a different class!

  • Lola R.

    Medical Assistant

My experience here at the Manhattan Institute has been truly amazing. I have not only gotten to learn the inner workings of anatomy practices, but I get to practice on my fellow classmates every day. I will be the first to admit, I was extremely nervous about practicing Phlebotomy on each other, but the instructors, along with individually assigned instructors, truly take their time teaching us step-by-step processes.

What I like about this class is that it is very interactive. I originally wanted to take this course online, but I am happy to have chosen this program instead. The hands-on experience is more helpful. It is a great learning experience!

  • Sharon L.

    Certified Nurse Assistant

I was worried about getting employment after the course but I spoke to Renee in job placement and she really helped me a lot. We worked on my resume, she helped me set up interviews and I got hired almost right away, turns out the woman that interviewed me also attended the Manhattan Institute back in 2000.

  • Amrita K.

    Phlebotomy Technician

The phlebotomy course was very informative and fun. It was an amazing experience. I also conquered my fear of needles. The professor was very patient with us and always provided clear explanations. I look forward to taking other courses at this school.

I am proof that it is never too late to go back to school. The Manhattan Institute is a very “hands-on” facility. From your first day to your last day of class, the staff helps you pursue your career. I definitely recommend the Manhattan Institute if you are interested in a medical career.

I came all the way from Atlanta, GA. I was sure this course was going to boring like all other medical classes I have taken. However, my teacher, Dr. Xavier, changed everything for me. He made this course fun. He has made learning fun, and has inspired me to become a better person.

The class is structured so that nobody in the class fails. The rationale behind answers is given after each quiz. The instructor is helpful, and provides students with additional study material that is not provided in the book. I personally like how the course is interactive, and many demonstrations are provided.
